Activating

Unlocking the full games features requires a serial number which you will receive by email upon purchase.

Plint: When you run the game, you can enter your key (with or without spaces) at the welcome screen after the first game logos. Enter your key and press "Unlock" to enjoy the full game version.

Lost Keys

Lost your key and your activation email? Contact us and we will send you a new one! Just include the email you used for your purchase, your full name, the desired game, and ask for a new activation key.

Drivers

Obsolete graphics card drivers can lead to a number of problems, the game behaving slowly, or even crashing. Try updating your system with the latest drivers if you experience graphic glitches / slowdowns with your purchased game. Chances are that you are using a graphics card or a chipset of one of the following manufacturers: NVIDIA, ATI and Intel. Windows users can use the links provided to download drivers for their system. Apple OSX users can update their drivers from the Apple Software Update.
